We still moving traditional Analog and Digital users to our hosted VoIP systems for home office use.

If you are a current client and have the option of taking home your phone, ensure you are taking the phone, power supply and ethernet cable. You will need to plug into an ethernet port on your home modem/switch and provide power to the phone via the power supply. Below are Phone setup guides which should help with the plug in process, one for Polycom and one for Cisco Phones. Of course if you are having trouble please open a ticket with support@daiscorp.com and we will try to assist. Our On-Call techs are constantly monitoring the ticket system to ensure your remote users are able to keep in communication with your clients, both via phone and fax.
